The Trump Attaché® service is a personalised guest service designed to anticipate individual preferences and fulfil bespoke requests. The service extends beyond traditional concierge services and may include transportation arrangements, dining reservations, personal shopping assistance, organisation of museum and attraction tickets, special amenity setup, pet walking, nanny services, personal training coordination, floral arrangement requests, and messenger services. The team can also arrange tee times at nearby Championship golf courses, including Royal Troon Golf Club and Prestwick Golf Club, subject to availability.
The Trump® Kids programme offers a range of amenities and activities designed for younger guests. Services include child-friendly dining options, access to the swimming pool at dedicated swim times, and outdoor activities such as horse riding and archery through Turnberry Adventures. Additional facilities include a cinema room and games room, with seasonal features such as bouncy castles during holiday periods. Children also receive a welcome pack on arrival, along with in-room children’s robes and slippers.

A maximum of two medium-sized dogs is permitted per bedroom. Dogs must be house-trained and at least one year old. A charge of £75 per dog, per stay applies to cover enhanced cleaning and ozone air treatment following departure.
Dogs are welcome throughout much of the resort but are not permitted in restaurants or private function rooms. They are, however, welcome at the Turnberry Lighthouse, The Gravel Terrace, and at a limited number of designated tables by the main hotel fireplace. For the comfort and safety of all guests, dogs must be kept on a lead at all times whilst on resort grounds.
Our Self-Catering Cottages and Villas are particularly well suited to guests travelling with dogs due to their location within the resort grounds and easy access to outdoor walking areas.
