*Terms and Conditions: Group bookings require a minimum number of ten guest rooms on at least one night (on peak) to receive Planner Privileges. The group must be a minimum of 50 total cumulative room nights in a single booking. Reward is based on USD or the equivalent conversion as determined at the time the reward is provided. Offer is applicable to new group bookings only. Signed agreement must explicitly state that the Planner Privileges program will apply to applicable group and the planner must be identified specifically in the agreement. In cases where there are multiple planners involved, group may specify up to two planners which must be identified in the agreement to split the earned incentive. In the event the stated planner ceases to represent, be employed or contracted on behalf of the group, at the time of award, the group will have the right to identify a new planner by way of a signed addendum. Any planner who books on behalf of an employee, client or third party agrees to receive Planner Privileges must notify the company paying for the group and comply with any applicable incentive policies and indemnifies Trump Hotels of such. Promotional offer subject to availability, blackout dates may apply. Cannot be combined with other group offers and promotions. Trump Hotels may at any time amend, modify or terminate this offer for future group contracts. Reward will be provided once the group has completed their stay and the master bill has been paid in full. Award is based on consumed paid room nights. Rooms that are complimentary, discounted rooms or staff rates, or room nights paid by attrition or cancellation fees do not qualify for reward.  Without notice to you, Trump Hotels reserves the right to suspend or terminate your Rewards and/or your participation in the Rewards program (in whole or in part), if Trump Hotels determines in its sole discretion that you have violated these Program Terms and Conditions, or that the use of your Rewards program or your participation in the Rewards program is unauthorized, abusive, deceptive, fraudulent or otherwise unlawful.  Trump Hotels may, in its sole discretion, suspend, cancel or combine Rewards program that appear to be duplicative. In the event that your participation in the Rewards program is terminated, you will not be able to redeem any accumulated Rewards.
