Do I need to be a hotel guest to enjoy the Spa?

No, the spa is available to guests and non-guests.

Do I need to make a reservation? 

We recommended a reservation in order to ensure that you are able to receive your preferred treatments and times.

Do you provide parking?

We are able to offer discounted parking for up to 4 hours. Self Parking is available for $20 and Valet parking is available for $30.

When should I arrive?

We request that guests arrive 30 minutes prior to their treatment start time.

What if I arrive late?

If you arrive late we will have to reduce the length of your experience accordingly.

What is your cancellation policy? 

Cancellation within 24 hours of your treatment will incur a 50% charge of all services booked, anything after that or a no-show will incur a 100% charge.

What should I bring? 

Swimwear and workout clothes are recommended.

What is included with my service? 

Spa guests have full access to locker rooms, eucalyptus steam room, dry heat sauna, fitness club, heated pool, and relaxation lounge.

Do you offer a day pass?

How long can I enjoy the amenities? 

When you book a spa treatment you are welcome to enjoy our amenities for the entire day of your scheduled service.

Do you have a hot tub?

We do not have a hot tub.

What is the size of the pool?

The pool is a 75 foot, heated indoor pool.

What if I am pregnant?

We are happy to  provide spa treatments for expecting mothers after the first 12 weeks. We do not provide treatments within the first trimester.

What is the minimum age requirement? 

Spa guests are welcome at age 16, minors must be accompanied by an adult.

What is your cell phone policy? 

In order to maintain a serene environment we do not allow cell phone usage in the spa relaxation lounge or in the locker rooms.
